American Aircraft Leasing (AAL) has extensive experience working with flight schools, providing us with a deep understanding of the key factors that contribute to a school’s success. At AAL, we carefully assess your aviation requirements to ensure you have the proper equipment, services, and information to make well-informed decisions and maintain the ideal aircraft fleet. Below is an overview of our lease terms and hourly rates. Please feel free to reach out with any questions.

Vulcanair Lease Terms

• Monthly Rate: $5400
• Included Hours: 65 hours per month at $75 per Hobbs hour.
• Additional Hours: $75 per hour.

The flight school is responsible for insurance, all necessary inspections, taxes and all maintenance throughout the lease term. If you fly
less than 50 hours, you are still required to pay for 50 hours. If you fly more than 50 hours, you pay for all the hours flown.

Maintenance Responsibilities:

American Aircraft Leasing LLC is responsible for prop and engine at the end of the lease or when needed if beyond TBO. The flight school is responsible for insurance, all necessary inspections, taxes, maintenance throughout the lease term and all additional expenses.

Security Deposit:

A deposit of $7,500 is required for each aircraft. The deposit will be returned at the expiration or termination of this lease less any damages or additional maintenance charges. This is due at the full execution of this lease.

Delivery:

The typical delivery time is 1 month from the date the deposit is received.
